These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Speakito.in website, which provides online spoken English courses. By accessing, using the website, or purchasing any of our courses you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the website or course.

Refund Policy:

At Speakito, we strive to provide you with high-quality language courses to help you achieve your language learning goals. Speakito does not offer refunds for any reason except in the event that Speakito is unable to provide classes as agreed upon. Speakito shall not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations or failures caused by Acts of God or any other circumstances beyond its control. By enrolling in Speakito’s English speaking course, the student agrees to the terms of this refund policy.”

No refunds shall be issued in the event of expulsion from the course due to disciplinary action.

Disciplinary Policy:

The Speakito reserves the right to expel any student found to be engaging in misbehavior of any kind.
Students will be provided with three warnings prior to expulsion. In extreme scenarios no warnings will be issued.
Expulsion from the course shall result in the termination of access to the course and no refund shall be issued.
Speakito reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time and without notice. Your continued use of the website following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
